I didn't actually make anything of this costume. The shirt and pants were bought at J.C Pennys, I just added the cutie marks.

Personal Thoughts:

This was rather a rush build. I put this costume together two days before NDK 2013. I am going to "upgrade" it to include a few more pieces. My hair isn't at all like Vinyl's here; my hair was supposed to be dyed and styled like Vinyls, but I had a severe allergic reaction to the dye and styling agents so I had to scrap that and didn't have time to fix it.
