Construction Details:

My husband constructed the Shoulder Armor and Jewels. I created pretty much everything else ^_^ The boots were made using a pair of black boots and white floral spraypaint. They were sealed using the same brand glossy sealer. The pants and tunic were made from different fabrics. The pants were made using a stretchy jersey type knit fabric which took me a few months and several fabric store visits to find a color that would match the tunic. The tunic was made with a velvet type material. The yellow chest band is made out of yellow lycra and lined with "swimsuit lining." The yellow super-hero type panties are made out of the same yellow lycra. The gloves are made using white upholstery fabric and are about 95% sewn by hand. I was able to make the cuffs for them on the sewing machine. They had some sections taken in on the sides near the wrist in order to make them a bit more form-fitting and to allow the wrist jewels to be easily put on and off. The black head band and the cape are made from the same material. The lining for the cape is suede cloth.
