Construction Details:

I ordered the procosplay costume as a base for this to ???save myself time??? for Halloween ???. When has that ever worked out? Anywho, I had to almost completely dismantle it for fit and additional layers of capes, skirts and sleeves so in the end, probably should have just made it from scratch haha.

Styling Notes

Just fluffed it, heat set the hair up and pinned the swoop on top. Then hairspray to finish
