About this Costume
Construction Details:
I saw the gijinka picture and knew instantly that I wanted to do this costume, so the same day I ordered the wig. It was a while after I got the wig that I started to work on the costume. I used all light flowing translucent cloth for this costume, but always make sure to put on a slip before I wear it! The dress is made in two parts, the top and the skirts, which I made separately and then attached. I was initially going to have it loose around the waist, but ended up altering it while it was on me, so its a bit hard to get in and out of. The green sleeves are actually just a tube that isn't sewed together in the middle, made out of the same thing as the skirt. Sadly the green frays a LOT so I'm going to be doing a few things to fix the skirt, which got torn at my most recent photo shoot. Hopefully It will be all better soon and I can post more photos! source photo: http://fc05.deviantart.net/fs45/i/2009/066/d/6/Gardevoir_by_Onpu_chan.jpg

Styling Notes
This wig was simply a brush and go. The style of cosworx "wisp" perfectly matched the source picture hair and style, so it was quite easy to do!
