The hat and caplet are made of dark blue short pile fur. The teru teru bozu is hand made with cotton cloth and the face is hand stitched on. The coat is a medium weight corduroy.

- I used a curling iron and hairspray to wrap the hair around soda cans to form the base curl. Then I began sewing the curls down and reinforced the shape with watered down elmer's all purpose glue.
