Construction Details:

yus! i finaly have a sailor moon costume after 13 years of wishing for one! i made it in 3.5 days! the boots are my old "Angel form namine" boots painted with 4 coats of puffy/fabric paint and a gold moon sticker stuck on. the gloves were bought at good will and the "glove cuffs" slip on over them. the tiara was made with a red jewel, craft foam, and gold paint. it sticks to my forhead with spirit gum and the ends wrap around and are pined under the wig. the eaings (you cant see ><) are gold and silver circles and moons stuck together with a white string in between that slip over my old earings. the hair gems are easteregg "butts" painted with white and red "puffy"/fabric paint, glued to an old inuyasha pin and pined to the wig. the necklace was a ribbon with a moon glued to it. the collar, armor, shoulderpads, bows and skirt all come off the "under" leotard. the only pattern i used was the greenpepper crystal lake skating outfit. (sleeveless leotard and pull on circle skirt).
