Construction Details:

The shirt is made of a bright red knit which I dyed (dye + knit is NOT a good combo but I got the effect I was going for). The stitches are thick embroidery thread and I burned holes around the edges of the shirt to get it all tatter-y. I had the cape and armor but after the dye turned my cape PURPLE instead of RED I said to hell with it. Might attempt again later with a different brand of dye if I ever get back into Reborn :(

Personal Thoughts:

I had a really intense Reborn! phase which involved a lot of crossplay. Binding always gives me horrible back problems but then I discovered Lal who is a really kickass character. Love her to death, and I adore the LalxColonello pairing. I'm not so much into Reborn anymore but would definitely cosplay again given the chance.
