This isn't really Arwen, but it's based mostly off a couple of dresses she wears. Velvet is SUCH a pain to sew! But it was worth it in this case. I did add some dangly beaded trim that was unusual for the elven dress designs, but I can't help it, I'm just a sucker for the sparkly...
