Update: Okay I am making this dress again! I just feel like maybe I could have made the dress better! We will see if anything changes! After a LONG time I finally finished Lulu Costume. The only thing I regret doing is making her belt skirt out of plastic belts...I may just remove it later and go with leather. Leather is softer! I couldn't walk in this because the plastic was folded and sharp edges! But othersiwe I really like this costume! I know I am missing one necklace. I am going to make it do I can finally complete this costume! Lulu is the Shhheeeeiiitttt!
