Construction Details:

Sleeveless Kimono is a navy linen, hand sewn, with a bias tape seam finish. Monk's robe is a blue silk jaquard with painted pattern on sleeves. The fastener on the robe is a silver plated ring spray painted gold.White tunic is a light cotton that was also hand sewn.Arm and shin guards are carved and heat formed from sheets of PVC foam stacked and glued together. Armor was primed with Plastidip and spray painted. Detailing done with acrylic paint. All armor is attached with a strip of linen wrap. Glove is hand sewn from spandex and hot glued to armor for hand and forearm. Small and large orange tassles are made of acrylic yarn, wire combed out into a tail like shape. Rope hair tie is made of hemp rope that was dyed red and attached to an elastic hair tie.

Very difficult dealing with long wigs the first time ever! Tried several glues to keep hair up in shape.
