Easy cosplay is easy. I was inspired to make this when my younger brother received a large light blue T-shirt for our team building event at work. I asked if I could borrow it, and by borrow, I mean keep. Hat, shorts, and boots bought from Amazon. My husband helped me paint the Kanji on the hat. I made the yellow messenger bag from extra yellow cotton / poly fabric from my stash.
