Construction Details:

The top was a capelet based on a tutorial I found online so it was pretty simple. Luckily I used active wear fabric and was glad to see that it didn't fray when cut, so I didn't even have to bother hemming it.
I cut the fringe myself out of leftover yellow fabric that I had that also happened to be active wear also.
The skirt was kinda hard to figure out because of the stretch material, but I made it into a wrap around and sewed snaps so that it would. It stretched weird, but the belt covered it fine.
The belt and pouch were just cut out of vinyl from Joann's. Luckily the pouch was pretty functional so I didn't need to bring a bag around the convention.
The designs on the capelet and shirt were cut out of adhesive vinyl but didn't stay on too well and fell off in the water. Will need to redo with iron on vinyl instead.

Personal Thoughts:

I picked up this show on a whim since it was on Netflix and I enjoyed it a whole lot more than I thought I would :) Chamber is best boy!
