Construction Details:

I modified a blouse by adding the details to the collar and sleeves. I made a little bow tie that attaches under the collar with elastic. I made a skirt from red satin; it's two circles and gathered it at the waist. I used premade bias tape for the black and white stripes on the skirt. For the hair pom poms, I covered ping pong balls in stretchy fur.
The wig is actually my Nagisa wig that I butchered. Second one is from Arda.

This was made in 2 days with mostly leftover materials!

Personal Thoughts:

I REALLY wanted to wear an Aqours costume to their event at Anime Expo, but it was a short notice announcement. This was the easiest thing I could put together in time.
