Construction Details:

The gold designs are hand painted with metallic gold Jacquard fabric paints. I used applique for the Hyrule symbols on both the sail cloth and hip flag. I had help constructing the belt, which is made of foam and wonderflex. The jewel is resin casted. Brown belt is made of faux suede and secure with snaps. The boots are store bought but I painted them with Jacquard fabric paints to match the ones Zelda wears.

Personal Thoughts:

I am a HUGE fan of The Legend of Zelda games. I was struck by this version of Zelda because she isn't quite royalty yet. She's sweet and smiley, and her outfit has a rustic feel to it.

Styling Notes

I bought 4 packs of short wefts and sewed 2 packs into each front side, to get those full, side tails that I would later wrap in pink and turquoise bias tape. Bangs were blunt cut straight across the forehead, right above the eyebrows.

Wig Review

I love the thickness of this wig, the bangs are a great length to do a lot of different styling techniques.
