Construction Details:

I was on a budget, so I made the shirt and both jackets out of simple cotton from the discount rack. The black jacket could have benefited from shoulder pads but otherwise I was proud of everything. I painted the symbol on the back of the red jacket with black fabric paint

I purchased the pocket watch, boots, and leggings. I bought faux leather and built the belt carefully with completely elastic on the back to hold it in place and belt loops for the extra belt that goes over it.

Personal Thoughts:

Ed was one of the first costumes I made almost entirely from scratch, and for what it's worth, I was proud of it.

Styling Notes

A friend helped me with puffing up the bangs, and I braided and unbraided it about 50 times.

Wig Review

I was very unhappy with this wig. I hope to remake the cosplay with a new wig in the future, because I had a lot of fun as Ed.
