Construction Details:

a white jersey knit was used, lined with fabric for bridal. Collar/cuffs/pony band were all made from medical scrub material. It was the best and closest color I could find to match the character. The entire outfit was custom altered and patterned by myself. Everything is lined as well.

Ears were made possibly by my best friend Straylight; she guided me in knowing what I needed to do to complete them.

Shoes were from a previous cosplay I never finished. Socks are what I had at home.

Wig was made possible by snagging a Ciel base with the curly double clips.

Spatz I just bought off ebay.

I really wanted to make another Disgaea babe before 2014 ended and a demon girl. Rutile just happened to jump at me when I was looking up all the characters. Better yet, she was a cat girl to boot!
