Construction Details:

Well, I can't credit for much of anything. This costume was made by Seifer-sama Cosplay (her page can be found on FB). She created the outfit and the wig. The crystal was made by ShoujoGems on Etsy. The slippers were found at Macy's.

Personal Thoughts:

I've wanted to cosplay Hotaru from the moment I saw her on my television screen over 13 years ago. She's the first character I ever felt so connected to, and she's been special to me ever since. I chose to go with a more manga type cosplay, and even included the Taioron crystal given to Hotaru by her father to calm her fits. I tried to showcase her innocent side, but also the pain she goes through from being possessed by Mistress 9. rnrnCredit for the photos goes to the lovely Nancy McNelly.

Wig Review

I can't say much for the construction, since it was commissioned, but I love this wig. It's soft, comfortable, and easily held in my hair (which is down past my bum, so you can image how much has to fit inside a wig cap and under a wig).
