Construction Details:

Headband: Patterned flower and then made it out of a thick satin. Attached to a plain headband that I covered with the same fabric.

Choker: Made out of black satin, fully lined, with a velcro closure in back.

Jacket: Hand-pattered, fully lined. Made out of a thick gold satin. Cutout in back is present, although sadly I don't have any photos of it. Fur trim was hand-sewn on.

Bustier: Modified a simplicity pattern. Made out of black satin. Fully lined and boned. Cut up an old bra and built the cups into it. Laces up in the back.

Skirt: Hand patterned. Made out of bridal satin with the back side out. Gold trim was top stitched on. Zip closure in back.

Gloves were purchased, with fur trim hand-sewn on.

Have yet to get the right shoes, but this was the closest I could find the week of the con.

Personal Thoughts:

Takane is my everything. Still need to get more decent photos in this costume, since I am really proud of it! I have lost a lot of weight since I made this though, so I need to remake several parts of it.

Styling Notes

Had straightened the wig for another costume, so I had to re-curl it. Trimmed the bangs.
