Construction Details:

The scythe was constructed out of a pvc pipe, styrofoam and paper mache. It was quite easy to make the only thing was to make the holes in the styrofoam to put through the pvc pipe and then hot glue it down. The makeup usually took an average of 3 - 4 hours to apply fully, mainly because I had to wait for it to dry at some parts and I also had to draw in the details very slowly. The hair I styled back and used color hair spray.

Personal Thoughts:

This was my first cosplay ever and over the span of a few months I continued to improve it and learned many things while constructing it which I applied to the rest of my costumes. The makeup was a pain to put on but it was so worthwhile to see the reactions from people. The only thing I wish I would've did better was the scythe and to get a better makeup sealer since my scythe was always black by the end of any convention.
