Construction Details:

Coat was made in a day, wig and skirt from a friend, everything else was premade.

Personal Thoughts:

Originally I just wanted to make some kind of x-mas outfit, i started off with just the coat, then I asked my friends about ideas for what character, next thing I knew, I was in a skirt and stockings... well played... well played....
