Sewed everything; appliqued the forest family's insignia and pieced the light green strips around it. See wig notes. Cast the blinker stone from resin.

Personal Thoughts:

Even before I was really into cosplay, I wanted to dress as forest!Annie because I loved the outfit so much. I decided to make her my first cosplay sewed completely from scratch, and let me tell you, it was worth it. I love wearing her so much and I was so lucky to be able to get photos of her out at Ralph Stover State Park.

This was a monster, and dyeing it in slightly too-hot water turned it into a frizzy, tangly beast. However, it's so full and with taming by silicone spray, it ended up looking perfect.
