Construction Details:

Plastic Styrene sheeting.
Leather rivets.

Cut out styrene to shape, Heat and form with heat gun. I used actual Steel Plate Armor patterns to create all the armor.

Personal Thoughts:

I wanted to make a Crusades era knight, but with a lightsaber.
