Personal Thoughts:

I can't take any credit whatsoever on this costume. My mum, (cosplay.com username saxon1014), took a strong liking to 'The Wenches' in Pirates of the Caribbean. And I've come to learn that in the costuming world, having two daughters means having two living, breathing, walking dress up dolls. ^_^

Before I knew what was happening, I was in wench garb and hanging off the arm of every Jack Sparrow in California. And believe me, NO COMPLAINTS HERE. tee hee hee...

Through this costume I've met some really awesome friends, and we've somehow unofficially formed a Pirates group in the Central Valley. We have a Jack Sparrow, Elizabeth Swan, my sis is Giselle (username little_ewok51, and my fiance has recently thrown together a Will Turner (username everythingman).

We took the first set of photos at Disney's California Adventure during the Halloween party a couple of years back (two, I think). The second set was with the full group at Friant Lake near Fresno, California.. notice the upgraded wigs, lol. These dresses are a blast though. We've had fun fun times in them!
