Construction Details:

Ok, so the coat is made from a synthetic suede with a faux wool backing. the seam-lines have a standard orange piping. all of the adornments are hand stitched and dyed leather pieces from the same cut of hide as the holster.

I created the shirt from Lycra. Here is where I got a little help from Ammie. She patterned the shirt for me and I did the grunt work.

As for the shoulder holster right with mag pouches and Knife sheath, that was all me. I had to hand cut and stitch dye all of pieces. This was actually finished before the coat. One of my friends who was in the military lent me their shoulder rig so that I could pattern these things out. as for the knife sheath, that was shaped like the game's design, but is made to hold a K-bar.

The belt was created from seat-belt webbing and the holes and ends were fused with a lighter. Soon I will insert grommets in order to reinforce the holes.

The light on the belt was a lucky find. It is a head lamp that actually looked like the light that Leon has on his belt, but with the way that it is constructed, I needed to cut and dye a leather platform to slide the belt through.

As for the nylon mag pouches, holster, dump pouch, boots, pants, they can be found at any military surplus store
