Construction Details:

All clothing pieces were made by my mom from various patterns, except the turtle neck thing. All I did for that was take a real turtle neck and turned it into a dickie as it would've been hot to actually wear it as it, even with cutting the sleeves off. The top is from a chinese-style shirt pattern, the pants are coolots with elastic in the bottom to gather them and make them poofy. The "corset" is from a witch Halloween pattern. The wig was cut and styled by me and bought from cosworx.com in henna red.

Personal Thoughts:

I loved the show and couldn't decide at first whether to do Nakiami or Isshu. At the time I didn't think I could pull off the ponytail on a wig for Isshu.
