Construction Details:

Fun foam dog collar with sticker studs, green hair extensions, fun foam and felt tail. The shirt was originally XL (I wear a medium), so we cut the sides and re-tied them in strips to give that corsetted look. Then we cut the shoulder parts and lower midsection to resemble zippers. :D
