Construction Details:

Altered a figure skating pattern for the body and arms of the suit, hand drafted the pattern for the legs, socks and gloves. With the help of Lady Vincira, we pipped the veins in place with puff paint and then airbrushed the suit to give it that mottled affect using blues, greens and purples. Emphasizing areas where the orbs and stomach attachment would be. The arms and legs were painted darker to signify rot since Jenova doesn't actually have arms or legs. On the back of the suit there are 'scars' where her wings would be so the suit can be worn with or without them. Wings are made from craft foam supported by wire, detail work done with hot glue and then airbrushed with a mixture of reds and purples. The helmet was constructed with foam-core board, hot glue, ductape, paper clay, tea bottle caps, the centers of receipt roles, thumb tacks, acrylic paint (black, pink, red), silver rub-&-buff, glow-in-the-dark/neon green puff paint, LED party light, foam padding, and a buckle strap.
