Construction Details:

Originally made in 2007. A LOT of hard work went into this costume. It's one that just never seems to be done. I've remade things a few times already. As much as I love it, I'm never satisfied with it, especially when I see some of these other girls with such amazing Zelda costumes. I have to say, Zelda cosplayers are THE most dedicated cosplayers I have ever seen. The armor is made of craft foam and model magic. I got the crystals from a chandelier store (great place if you're looking to make this costume!) The front panel is hand painted. This is THE MOST uncomfortable costume I have. The shoulder armor frames your shoulders and doesn't allow for movement. That and the weight of everything else makes it pretty heavy after a while. But for some reason, I cannot stop wearing this costume. It's been to 4 cons and a Video Games Live concert already.
