Construction Details:

The on and off workings over the last year finally payed off. we were worried it wouldn't get finished in time for akicon, as we scrambled the week before to finish pieces. We were literally painting parts of it hours before, and the gun just got spraypainted about 10 min before it went on stage (still tacky and everything XD) Though it's not me in the suit (that'd be our beloved slave-boy) i remember the many many hours of cutting cardboard and hot glue burns. SO MUCH HOT GLUE!!!! Either way im so happy with how it came out, and i cant take full credit for it. Danielle and myself drafted/cut/glued patterns together while other volunteers like hayley, john mark, slave boy helpe to paint and piece things together. we were working off of this model [link] and will b making the wings for next years aki.
