Construction Details:

The only non-literary costume reference for Redd\'s Glass Eyes is this 3/4 view of a man and woman from an interior page of the Card Soldiers MMO a while back. I tried to build the costume around that image - I know it\'d be cooler if I could wear contacts! But alas, my eyes will not work with them :( I used the leftover fabric from Kotori\'s dress making neat sleees, and the skirt is a double-layered wrap skirt secured with buttons. I patterned the grommetted vest and the boots are my Mitsuru boots. First time in years I\'ve used my own hair for something! Haha. Love to laragoth for asking me to participate with her, as it was an EXPERIENCE, LET ME TELL YOU doing SDCC masquerade. She and the others made it a good experience, but it\'s not something I\'d ever do lightly. Whewww boy!
