Construction Details:

Blair Dame is one of those characters who really doesn't get enough credit in my opinion. She's also Sharon's sister (Street Fighter EX3). With this costume, I used a white jersey knit for the halter style bodice and separate neck collar. The neck belt and arm belts were made from 2" thick elastic with grommets. I used a bangless mid-back length layered blue wig that was twisted and pinned up in the back along with a clip to hold the ends in place. Green fresh look contact lenses were used as well.
