This was my first official cosplay from an Anime. I just so happen to run across this series called Bleach from a mention from a good friend of mine who said he was going to put together a group. Of course when I started watching the first 25 episodes or so, I was fascinated by the character of Ichigo and wanted to cosplay him. My friend said they already had an Ichigo though, and to find another character. Well looking at a picture of all the Shinigami Captains I saw this kid with Spiky White hair and then he was introduced in the series and the Manga. I had to cosplay him, so I made the costume, first experience ever sewing and had my friend Indra cosplay Soi Fong with me at Metrocon 2005. Dee first cosplayed Rangiku Matsumoto with me in 2006.
