Construction Details:

I made this with cotton broadcloth and acetate satin. The 'jewels' were made with fimo, and the crown was gold cardboard sewn directly to the wig. I added the blue ruffle and angry face to the parasol and painted the tip blue to match the ruffle. It was so easy and only my second attempt at cosplay. Best of all, lots of people wanted photos and we (hubby was Mario and our friend was Luigi) were cheered loudly at the Tekkoshocon walk on portion of the masquerade!
