About this Costume

I made a short basic circle skirt with a separate under-layer for the lace to attach to. The shirt was modified from a cheer-leader shirt pattern, I believe. Middy collar was drafted up in the same fashion as my Sailor Neptune collar, and snaps onto the shirt.
- Personal Thoughts:
- My favorite part of this costume is definitely the wig! It really matches Sara's hair and I love it! This was a fun little costume to frolic around in.
