Construction Details:

Most of her was purchased including the jacket. The hat was as well but I didn't like it so I took the detailing off it and put it on a new hat. I hand made the pouches and modified the shorts, googles, and boots.

Personal Thoughts:

The first time I saw Cindy's design I loved it. What a cutie pie. Even before the game came out I knew I wanted to cosplay her and it worked out since she's one of the girls I associated with the most playing the game. I love cosplaying her; she's become one of my most worn this past year.

Styling Notes

It was very simple! All I did was recurl the wig with hot water and then brushed some of them out.
