About this Costume
- Construction Details:
-
For the first time in my cosplay life, I didn't use any pre-made patterns for this dress! I borrowed my friend's dress form and draped this bitch. The dress is made of queensland crepe and a glittery semi-sheer knit. I made my own bias tape (on the back) by cutting some of the ruffle trim and flattening it.
I made the four arm bands out of interfacing and silver stretch denim. I was originally going to use gunmetal pleather, but I had to improvise.
I made the invisible shoes out of gel insoles (from Footsmart.com, the ones with the toe split) and clear elastic. I have a tutorial for them on Youtube, if you're interested. ;)
The axe!! This was fun. I made this out of 3-5 1/2" and 1" layers of XLPE foam, PVC pipe, contact cement, black plastidip, and clear plastidip mixed with metallic pearl acrylic paint. - Personal Thoughts:
- My third (and probably final) Raiders cosplay, completing the triumvirate of the deadliest femme fatales in the story. :D

I will post my own pictures of this eventually lol.
Wig Details
- Styling Notes
- Just restyled the bangs and sewed in clips on the underside.
