Personal Thoughts:

So my BF and roommate had this tactical Mario idea kicking around this past winter. I decided to join them as peach since my S/O was going to be Mario. I figured it would be a fun couple cosplay that combined two of our favorite hobbies. Deciding to do Peach, I wanted to give her a more feminine design but still had some badassery to it. The original idea was to make her a paratrooper, but failing not being able to find the right parasol for under 50 put a damper on that idea. So instead I just drew something up until I found something I liked. I love the design that I finally came up with, though this version is missing some aspects that I will add in later. The fabric used was this really awesome sparkly cotton, that is until I realized that it is eternally wrinkly. So the next version will more than likely be ripstop or some other industrial cotton instead.

For the next version I will be taking it out to the range and shooting it, to give it that nice war torn look. : 3
