Construction Details:

made from stretch sateen.
skirt, collar, and cuffs are hand drafted. Base shirt and sleeves are from a pattern.
Suspenders and shoes were purchased
Senketsu's eyes are made from vinyl, steam a seam'd to kona cotton. Eyepatch is stretch pleather.
Glove is made from 4way stretch red vinyl, with painted detail. Cuff is bracelets covered in the same material with foam in between.

Personal Thoughts:

I even bought striped panties for accuracy. :3
