Construction Details:

Oh Sif. This costume is seen only in a few panels after Sif is restored to her body (it having been possessed by Loki), and her and Thor are reunited. Again. It all started when I found this gorgeous, long pile fur in New York's fashion district. While technically the fur on this costume is a silver/grey, I wanted to invoke some imagery from when Loki was in Sif's body, and his fur was most definitely brown. I did detailing out of leather (the wide, waist cincher) and added leather bracers. I plan to remake the bodysuit and instead use a similar color suede to make some nice, tight fitted pants and always wanted to add scale mail on the top. Hopefully I'll have these revisions done before we get our one and only day of snow so I can get an epic photo out of it.
