About this Costume

This costume was created for Underground Cosplay's Anime Expo Masquerade skit, "Can-Can You Catch Them All?" Basically, we are all in love with the movie Moulin Rouge, and we also love Pokemon, so we thought it would be fabulous (and hilarious!) to mix the two! Togepi is my favorite pokemon, so I based by Can-Can dress after him, including an eggshell corset and a pearl togepi head shaped tiara =D.
