Construction Details:

This is the 3rd and final ( I swear) Rendition on Ivy from Soul Calibur 2. I have such an effinity for this character that every year I have this costume I seem to find more and more things to add to it @_@ I added some more embroidery to the jacket hem and the cuffs and remade the epaullets from craft foam, wonderflex and trim. The shoes I originally bought online then customized the tops to match the character and added some gold trim to the side of the boots. The ankle cuff is also wonderflex and craft foam! The little flower designs on the top spats were small wood doorway trim pieces I found at Jo Ann fabrics. Its amazing what you can do with so many unlikely items =P And finally the sword I had custom made since I really stink at making cosplay props eh heh heh.......(thanks Mike, I owe you!) So all in all...three years in the making if you count my last two attempts but well worth the time and effort! Cosplay really is a lifestyle more than an art!
