Construction Details:

The skirt is made of stretch vinyl, has two side seams, and a center back dart under the butt to accentuate the curves (otherwise it does this weird thing where it flips away from the body awkwardly haha). The belt was one I bought for cheap, and altered it to look as though it seamlessly goes around the body. It had a very large and obvious clasp beforehand- now the clasp is so subtle, I have difficulty finding it against the connection clips, ha!

nThe bodice was made using two layers of white knit with a layer of white mystique spandex on top. I didn't have great white material for a bodice otherwise, and wanted to save time on patterning, given my short deadline, so chose to simplify it by making it out of stretchy material. The center back laces up, also!

Personal Thoughts:

After making the red romper, and knowing I was going to do a shoot for the blue blouse look as well, I took a look at Madame President's other outfits and thought that they could be fun looks to do too! Unfortunately I couldn't finish the white blazer look in time for the shoot, but I did manage to bust this one out in just a week, since it's pretty simple!
