Construction Details:

I made this in a few days. I built the corset using a pattern from Simplicity and altered it. I built the blouse from a Simplicity vintage blouse pattern. I patterned the puffy shorts myself. I also patterned the thigh highs, and the book bag. The capelet and cape were altered from an existing Simplicity cape pattern. My patch is purchased.
