Construction Details:

The haori is made of taffeta and hand-painted with acrylic paint. It has a dual sheen and turns purplish when it hits the light. The gold parts are a mix of vinyl and heat vinyl. Life is a struggle of trying to iron your cosplay and trying very hard not to burn the vinyl with the iron.
