Construction Details:

I got to use my own hair, which is always a plus. The shirt and skirt were very straight forward and simple, and the pendant was quite easy as well. I love the boots, even if they hurt like none other if you wear them for more than an hour. XD

Personal Thoughts:

I love Luchia/Lucia! She is so cute and a lot like me in a lot of ways. I decided to first do one of her casual outfits before I attempt her concert outfit.
