Construction Details:

The whole thing was modeled in Autodesk Maya, then put into Pepekura and split up into patters, then printed out and made of EVA foam. I spend around 2000 hrs alone in Maya and Pepakura. The top half is mounted on a bass drum style mount, or a backwards backpack. There is a PVC pipe frame attached to the inside of the top half that is then worn on the chest. The arms attach and detach from that fame via PVC joints held in place with bolts.

Personal Thoughts:

This was my first time working with foam, let alone something of this scale, It was really a learning process for me.
