Construction Details:

The back of the cape was all hand dyed silk that I had to do a gradient/ombre dye job. I then hand stitched all of the design and the trim onto the back of the cape. I also hand stitched all of the fur trim on both the cape and jacket. There are embroidered tsubasa symbols on the jacket and the back of the shirt. I modeled the shirt after his original one, just in black and white.

Personal Thoughts:

Fai is the character I've cosplayed the most, but he will always be one of my favorite characters. It makes me happy to go back into cosplaying him. Its been a couple years since I've made a new Fai costume and I poured everything I could into this one.
