eva foam armor. At first I was going to wire up LEDs, but then I found these amazing stick on LED discs made for lighting up alcohol bottles. They're extremely useful for cosplay and I can't recommend them enough.

The circuit board like pieces use a craft foam back with the hair glued down and dyed.
