Construction Details:

Since I was working on the manga version I decided to keep more to the red color scheme. I found a really pretty cross woven red/black fabric and used the underside for the dress. It's fully lined in pink. I had to settle for chiffon for the undershirt, which I might re-make in the future (I'm not sold on the color). The blue under-skirt thing is organza. I wanted it flowy so I attempted a fishing-line hem. It came out ok, but I think I'll try a heavier gauge of line next time. I'm not completely happy with my scalloped neckline. I had never done one before and wasn't sure what I was doing. Overall though I'm happy with it and feel so deliciously evil when I wear it.

Personal Thoughts:

It's odd, Chibi-usa is my least favorite senshi, but Wicked Lady is probably my favorite villain. hmmmmm paradox?
