This is my mini labor of love. It features a 10 yard tulle skirt made with four layers of 3 tiers of tulle. Each layer has been edged in bias tape and fishing line for a truly splendid ruffle. The dress itself features a full circle skirt and some light beading.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I love hedgehogs... Once I learned there was a hedge-pokemon, I could not resist!
